Originally from Ohio, I fell in love with Bainbridge Island twenty years ago while on a bicycle trip. The island's compelling landscapes and sense of community made a lasting impression on me. I bought a home and moved here immediately. Since then I have enjoyed several Island homes, and can provide you with first-hand knowledge of our neighborhoods, merchants, parks, schools and climate.

I am an avid gardener and painter. My skills as a photographer have been very useful in marketing properties. Through the online photo galleries I create for my listings, I try to communicate to prospective buyers the best aspects of a property in an uncluttered, truthful and attractive way. Since so many buyers respond immediately to the amount or quality of light at a property, I make the extra effort to photograph at the right time of day, or even several different times of day, to catch the sun in position to best show off the property. I even bring my own lighting for interior photographs.
